Workshop Overview

Create your own out-of-this-world creature—monster, alien, or fantasy friend—and imagine the story they’d star in!

In this hands-on kids art workshop, participants design and build their own fantasy creature—monster, alien, or book character—and bring it to life with personality, a name, and imaginative adventures.

This creative workshop encourages storytelling, imagination, and playful experimentation with materials, while supporting confidence, collaboration, and creative thinking.

Cosmic Creatures Laboratory is one of the creative sessions offered through our Library & Vacation Care Art Workshops program, designed for libraries and vacation care venues across Western Sydney, The Hills District, Penrith and the Blue Mountains.
