Here are some TIPS & details for you to help your 2026 booking go smoothly.

OPEN BOOKINGS for all 2026 classes commences from 6am Friday 5th December 2026. This includes the new 2026 wait list for new kindy students. The 2025 waitlist is now closed.  Names from this list are not transferred to 2026 waitlist. You must rebook, if this applies to you.

Open Bookings means – first to book a space, first to get a space.  No pre-bookings are available for booking into our new year of art. Fairness is important to us so know early bookings.

  • Before the 5th December:
    • We are all super busy these days. Avoid forgetting when bookings open – Save the Date as a Reminder in your phone.
    • Visit this link to view details on our website and check out our kidsbook link. If you have not already used kidsbook before, sign up to it now (its free to do & has lots of different activities for kids – a brilliant platform)
    • If in Crestwood or Matthew Pearce Schools, early booking is key to avoiding disappointment.

 

  • Bookings from 6am 5th December onwards:
    • Bookings are on a first book, first get the place bases.  If in the event a class fills up a waiting list will automatically continue for that class.
    • From 6am, on Friday 5th December you can book your child/ren (Y1-Y6 students only) into term 1 Little Artists classes for next year.
    • 2026 new kindy students can place their name on the 2026 wait list from 05/12/25 as well.  We do not accept kindy students in term 1.  It is advisable to go on this waiting list as soon as possible.  If spaces become available from term 2 onwards, a space will be offer to your child.
    • No pre-bookings.   Open bookings are open to everyone on an equal basis – i.e. on a first book, first get a place basis.  Please do not email or text Elaine to book.  Elaine cannot book on your behalf. Book via link ONLY.
    • Bookings are limited.  (In the event of fully booked classes– you can still proceed to book and it will add you to the waiting list+++)
    • A booking that is later cancelled due to change of mind or mistaken booking, will incur a processing fee. This will not apply if for any reason the class is cancelled by Fun Time Art.
  • ++About 2026 Kindergarten students in our art classes:
    • Fun Time Art does not allow kindergarten students into term 1 art classes.  The reason for this is that we feel students in kindy have a lot of new things to get use to in term 1 and feel it is good for them to have term 1 to settle into “big school”.
    • Fun Time Art welcomes kindy students from term 2 onwards (if a space is available for them).  The best way to get your kindy student into our art classes in 2026 from term 2 onwards, is to add them to the new 2026 waiting list +++.  You can place your kindy students name on more than one day if applicable. Please note, even if you have spoken to Elaine about your kindy child this year, they are not currently on any waiting list.  You need to add them to the 2026 waiting list.  This you can do by going to our webpage here and clicking on the waiting list link that is appropriate to your child.
    • These 2026 waitlist for kindys open on 05/12/25 as well.

 

  • Details about Fees:
    • Visit our website to see details about 2026 Term Fees. This link is to the Little Artist program. 
    • All Fees are per term and include all materials & tuition. Students do need to bring their own paintshirt to every class.
    • You are booking into a set term art program. We do not offer single classes.  If a child missed a class, we do not offer make up classes.  However, extra art assistants are hired for every class so we can take the time to help a child catch up on their missed art at their next lesson.
    • Note moving forward All Term Art Class Fees will be charged at the time of your booking.
    • NEW DISCOUNT STRUCTURE
      • Fees are
        • if 8-wk term $232 per child per term. (thats cheaper than 2025!)
        • if 9-wk term / bundle $261 per child per term.
        • if 10-wk term/bundle $290 per child per term.
        • in bundles classes cost $29 per class.
        • Single session / trial lesson cost $35.
        • All fees cover materials and tuition.
      • Early Bird Bookings. Book by 9th January 2026 to received a discount & save!
      • Sibling Discount are offered to siblings booking into the same class together.
      • WE ARE STILL A CREATIVE KIDS PROVIDER

 

  • +++How does the Fun Time Art Waiting List operate:
    • Please note the 2025 List has now been closed.  We do not carry over any names to next year’s waiting list. Each year we start afresh.
    • Fun Time Art runs a new waiting list each year.  The 2026 Waiting List will open from 05/12/25 and run until the start of term 4 2026.
    • Term 1 2026 current students will be asked if they are returning for term 2 classes through a ‘pre-booking’ process.  Any spaces that become available are then offered to waiting list students at the end of term 1 ready for term 2.  If a space becomes available, parents will be contacted by text and email offering the space.  To accept the space, parents need to confirm within a 7-day period.  Parents will only be contacted if a space is available for their child.  (if you want an update on your child’s placing on the list at the end of a term Elaine welcomes your contact)
    • This process of pre-booking for current students with waiting list offers is then repeated in term 2 and term 3.  The process will not occur in term 4 as open bookings will again happen in December 2026 for 2027.
